1- General terms and conditions of purchase and their acceptance

These general conditions of purchase (hereinafter "General Conditions of Purchase") regulate the purchase, through the website www.happy-lab.es, also accessible from the URL address www.gourmandise.es, by customers of GOURMANDISE, S.L. (hereinafter the "Customer"). These General Conditions of Purchase are complemented by the General Conditions of Access and Use of the Portal of GOURMANDISE, S.L. (hereinafter, the "General Conditions") that the Client must consult through: Legal Notice of the Portal beforehand, and which shall be accepted with the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

In order to make purchases in the Online Shop it will be necessary for you to accept these General Conditions of Purchase. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Purchase shall signify express, full and unreserved acceptance of the entirety of the General Conditions of Purchase in the version published by GOURMANDISE at the time of the Customer's access to the Online Store. In the event that you do not agree with the content of these General Conditions of Purchase, you should not make purchases from our Online Store.

GOURMANDISE may unilaterally modify, at any time we deem appropriate, the configuration of the present, the conditions of the service and its content, as well as eliminate, limit or suspend them temporarily or definitively, as well as prevent access to them, endeavouring to inform the user of said change by e-mail or by publishing it on the page, as long as circumstances so permit.

THE SHOP reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time.

 

 

2.  Confirmation of orders:

To place an order, you must follow the online checkout procedure and click on "Place Order". You will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted, as your order is an offer you make to us to purchase one or more products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm acceptance by sending you an email confirming that the product has been paid for (Payment Confirmation). Once prepared we will inform you by sending you an email confirming that it is being shipped (Shipping Confirmation). The contract for the purchase of a product between us (Contract) will only be formalised when we send you the Shipping Confirmation.

Only those products listed in the Shipping Confirmation will be the subject of the Contract. We shall not be obliged to supply you with any other products that may have been ordered until we confirm the dispatch of those products to you in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.

3. Applicable taxes:

The prices of the products displayed in THE SHOP do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) which, where applicable, may be applicable. Purchases to be delivered within the territory of any of the member states of the European Union will be subject to VAT. Purchases to be delivered to territories of non-European Union member states, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will be exempt from VAT.

4. Method of payment:

When placing your order, you are free to choose whether to pay for your purchases by bank transfer, credit card or Paypal account. All information exchanged between the customer and Gourmandise. S.l. including payment, are carried out through a secure server (SSL) to guarantee your security in all transactions.

5. Method, costs and delivery time:

You will be able to select the delivery method from among the possible ones for your delivery area. You should bear in mind that delivery times, quality of service, delivery point and cost will be different for each shipping method. The date of delivery to your home depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. The indicative delivery times are available in the section of our website Transport costs.
