Emilio had been in the gourmet gastronomy sector for 25 years when he met Josep and his aromatic herb workshop located in the Pyrenees.
Josep had left the city some time ago to retreat to the mountains and dedicate himself to creating his own infusions.

In his laboratory, surrounded by recipes, Josep taught Emilio the secrets of the perfect formula with leaves, flowers of incomparable aromas, and spices from distant lands.
Through calm conversations and steaming cups of tea, they discovered that Josep's wisdom and love for plants perfectly complemented Emilio's gastronomic experience.
This is how they decided to embark on a new project together, to develop a laboratory that would create gourmet teas and infusions, with an extra dose of happiness: HAPPY-LAB.
