2. Order confirmation:

Once prepared, we will inform you by sending you an email in which we will confirm that it is being sent (Shipping Confirmation). The contract for the purchase of a product between us (Contract) will be formalized only when we send you the Shipping Confirmation.

Only those products listed in the Shipping Confirmation will be subject to the Contract. We will not be obliged to supply you with any other products that may have been ordered until we confirm the dispatch of the same in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.

3. Applicable taxes:

The prices of the products displayed in THE STORE include the Value Added Tax (VAT) that, if applicable, is applicable. Purchases that are going to be delivered within the territory of any of the member states of the European Union will be subject to VAT. Purchases that must be delivered in territories of non-member States of the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will be exempt from it.

5. Form, expenses and term of shipment:

You will be able to select the shipping method from among the possible ones for your shipping area. You must bear in mind that the delivery times, the quality of the service, the delivery point and the cost will be different for each form of transport. The delivery date at your address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. The indicative transport times are available in the Transport Cost section of our website.

Delivery times are from 09:00 to 18:00.

6. Return Policy

According to the provisions of article 4 of Royal Decree 1906/99, of December 17, you will have a period of up to 7 business days to resolve the contract, either for claims or returns. However, following our return guarantee commitment, HAPPY-LAB extends the term to 15 days, presenting the purchase receipt, together with the product, without any penalty at your expense. All these rights can be exercised, without prejudice to the provisions of Law 23/2003 of July 10, guarantee in the sale of consumer goods.

To do this, you must contact us by email (hola@happy-lab.es) within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the order, clearly indicating what the problem is or the reason for the return. Please, keep in mind that in order for us to process any exchange or return, it is essential that you contact us in advance. We will not accept any exchange or return if we have not previously received notification.

In this case, once the merchandise has been received in its original packaging and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount to your credit card. However, the transport costs of the return will be borne by you. In the same way, a copy of this same delivery note must be included inside the packaging.

The exchange or return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not proceed.
