Are your products organic?

Sustainable Wellness is at the core of Happy-Lab. A large part of our tea and infusion catalog is made with ingredients from organic farming. You can easily identify these products because they have the "ECO" label on their web page and packaging.

What are the pyramids made of and what formats do you have?

Our characteristic pyramid-shaped bags are designed to allow whole leaves and flowers the necessary space to release all their aroma, and they are fully biodegradable. In addition to the pyramids, we also offer high-quality powder formats, such as our exclusive organic matcha tea.

How should I recycle the packaging?

As part of our commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we are developing 100% compostable packaging, such as our ecological packs. You can dispose of the outer cardboard packaging in the blue bin (paper), and the used pyramids directly in the organic waste bin.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipments to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands usually take between 2 and 5 business days. For the rest of the European Union, the timeframe is similar. You can consult all rates and extended details in our shipping and delivery section.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

We want your experience to be perfect. If your package has been damaged during transit or there is any error, please email us at hola@happy-lab.es as soon as possible and our customer service team will resolve it quickly.

Is it safe to pay in the HL online store?

Very safe! You can pay for your purchase with a credit or debit card through official platforms. We do not store any data related to your card or bank account; those data are managed directly by the bank for your complete peace of mind.

What do you do with my personal data?

At Happy-Lab, we store your data solely for the purpose of managing the delivery of your order and improving the quality of our service. We are committed not to share or sell them to third parties.

How do I update my data?

You just need to log in to your account. From your user panel, you can access the personal information, orders, or addresses sections, and edit the fields you need.

Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Of course. In all the emails we send you, you will find a link at the bottom (the footer) to automatically unsubscribe with a single click.
