Return policy

As provided for in Article 4 of Royal Decree 1906/99, of December 17, you will have a period of up to 7 business days to terminate the contract, whether for claims or returns. However, in keeping with our commitment to our money-back guarantee, Happy-lab extends the period to 15 days, upon presentation of the purchase delivery note, together with the product, without any penalty to you. All these rights can be exercised, without prejudice to the provisions of Law 23/2003 of July 10, on guarantees in the sale of consumer goods.

To do this, you must contact us by email (hello@happy-lab.es) within a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of the order, clearly indicating what the problem or reason for the return is. Please bear in mind that in order for us to process any exchange or return, it is essential that you contact us beforehand. We will not accept any exchange or return if we have not received prior notification.

In this case, once the merchandise is received in its original packaging and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount to your credit card. However, the transport costs of the return will be at your expense. Likewise, a copy of this same delivery note must be included inside the packaging.

Products that are not in the same condition in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not be exchanged or returned.
