Chamomile, or better known as chamomile, is an excellent natural remedy for many ailments. This plant has been used since ancient times to cure illnesses or even to scent temples and palaces. HOW TO PREPARE A PERFECT CHAMOMILE INFUSION?

Steps to follow
The chamomile infusion is left to stand for 5 to 8 minutes.

To prepare an infusion of chamomile you have to heat water to a boil at 100 degrees. Next, add a biodegradable chamomile pyramid to a cup of tea. For the perfect brew, cover your mug with a lid or small saucer. Let the infusion rest for 5 or 8 minutes. After this time, we already have our chamomile infusion ready!
