HAPPY-LAB is a project that arises in nature, and whose purpose is to leave a positive mark on people and the planet.
IT ALL STARTED WITH AN ENCOUNTER
Emilio had been in the gourmet gastronomy sector for 25 years when he met Josep and his aromatic herb workshop located in the Pyrenees.
Josep had left the city some time ago to retire to the mountains and dedicate himself to creating his own infusions.
THIS IS HOW THE LABORATORY OF HAPPINESS WAS BORN
In his laboratory, surrounded by recipes, Josep taught Emilio the secrets of the perfect formula with leaves, flowers with incomparable aromas and spices from distant lands.
Between calm conversations and steaming cups of tea, they discovered that Josep's wisdom and love for plants complemented perfectly with Emilio's gastronomic experience.
This is how they decided to undertake a new project together, to develop a laboratory that would create gourmet teas and infusions, with an extra dose of happiness: HAPPY-LAB.
