What is the difference between your teas and store-brand teas?
The quality of the leaf. At Happy-Lab we use whole leaves, real spices and fruits, with no residual powder or artificial flavors. That's why our Biodegradable Pyramids are larger: they need space for the leaf to expand and release all its flavor and antioxidants.
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Shipments to mainland Spain take between 2 and 5 business days. The cost is €10, but if your order exceeds €40, shipping is FREE. For international shipments to the EU, the timeframe is similar, and shipping is free for orders over €60.
Where are your teas and infusions made?
All our blends are carefully crafted and packaged in our own artisanal workshop located in the Pyrenees. From there, we select whole leaves, flowers, and spices from organic farming to guarantee maximum freshness and quality.
How long do digestive or sleep teas take to work?
To improve digestion, we recommend drinking our Digestive infusions about 15 or 20 minutes after eating. If you're looking for deep rest, it's ideal to drink your Relaxing infusion about 30-40 minutes before going to bed.
Can children or pregnant women drink these infusions?
As they are caffeine-free and sugar-free, our Fruit Infusions and Rooibos are ideal for children. During pregnancy, although they are natural, we always recommend consulting your doctor before regularly consuming certain herbs.
What are pyramids made of?
There would be no point in premium tea in plastic. Our characteristic pyramid-shaped teabags are fully biodegradable and compostable, as part of our commitment.
